This policy covers the website jitsi.help, operated by Rexxu Labs. The one-click platform at app.jitsi.help has its own privacy policy, shown there.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email, optional company and setup details, and your message, plus the page you came from and the time it took to fill in the form (used only to filter spam).
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, page, time) for security and reliability. We do not combine them with your contact details.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. This site sets no cookies.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for.

Where it is stored

Contact form messages are stored in Amazon Web Services and delivered to our team by email. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if they become a customer relationship that requires records. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
