What is Jitsi Help?
An independent team of Jitsi Meet engineers. We deploy private Jitsi servers into your own AWS account in one click, fix and extend existing Jitsi servers as a service, and publish free guides tested on real deployments. We are not affiliated with 8x8 or the Jitsi project.
How does one-click Jitsi hosting work?
You connect your AWS account, pick a server size, region and domain, and our platform provisions everything with Terraform and Ansible in 10 to 20 minutes: the instance, firewall rules, a static IP, trusted SSL and Jitsi itself. The server lives in your account and AWS bills you directly.
Can you help with a Jitsi server we already run?
Yes. We fix broken setups, add recording, transcription, JWT and branding, scale servers and take over maintenance. Describe the problem and we reply with a plan and a fixed quote, usually the same day.
