About Jitsi Help
Jitsi Help is run by Rexxu Labs, a small engineering team that builds and operates a platform for deploying Jitsi Meet into customers' own cloud accounts. Everything on this site comes from that work: servers we have provisioned, configurations we have debugged, and fixes we have shipped.
What we do
- One-click hosting. Our platform provisions a private Jitsi server in your AWS account with Terraform and Ansible, then manages features, sizing and teardown from a dashboard.
- Expert services. Installation, white labeling, recording, transcription, JWT integration, scaling and support for Jitsi servers you already run.
- Free guides. Practical instructions and troubleshooting pages, written from our own production configuration.
How we write our guides
Pages marked "Tested on Jitsi Meet stable-11031" match the configuration our platform deploys and verifies on real servers. Other pages draw on the same experience but describe setups we do not run ourselves, and they say so by not carrying that label. When a release changes something, we update the page and its date.
Several fixes in our guides, such as the missing snd-aloop module on AWS kernels and the Jigasi websocket_url property, came from failures on our own deployments that the official documentation did not cover.
