## Frequently asked questions

### Will my branding break when Jitsi updates?

Configuration-level branding lives in override files that are appended on every start, so it survives upgrades. Deeper UI changes are kept as a small patch set we rebase and test against new releases under a support plan.

### Can you rebrand the mobile apps?

Yes, as a separate project: we build the Jitsi mobile apps with your name, icons and bundle IDs and prepare them for the App Store and Google Play. Many teams use the mobile browser instead, which picks up web branding automatically.

### Is white-labeling Jitsi allowed?

Yes. Jitsi Meet is Apache 2.0 licensed. Your product should use your own name and logo rather than the Jitsi trademarks, which is exactly what white-labeling does.
